How to place an order:
1) Place order from the menu
below by Monday for orders to be picked up beginning Wednesday of
the following week.
2) When you place your order, you will designate
your pick-up location. These locations are in Hillcrest (near Whole
Foods), Ocean Beach (near People's Food
Co-Op), and La Mesa (near Henry's). Click

3) Pick up your order the next week, beginning on Wednesday.

cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Traditional blends in amber bottles.
The oils can be used undiluted or added to massage oil or bath.
Pranada Oil
Traditionally used for wounds; aching muscles & bones; respiratory problems;
dandruff; mental/emotional fatigue & depression; air purification; spiritual
harmony. For external use only. Pine, sage, cedar, juniper; olive oil, grapefruit

Herbology: Traditional Remedies and Delightful Edibles
Traditional home remedies and personal care uses of herbs are explored in this hands-on class. We make our herbal preparations according to long-practiced, traditional Ayurvedic, Native Indian, and folkloric uses of common herbs and local drought tolerant native plants. We also take field trips to view plants growing in their native habitats.
Tasty Acorns and Other Yummy Native Foods
Learn how to prepare acorn dishes, starting from scratch. Acorns, which are plentiful here, are high in protein and healthy complex carbohydrates. We also cook other delicious, Native vegetables, teas, and grains.
