In Dhara Yoga Private Sessions, Therapy,
and Retreats you receive personalized support that facilitates
your health and growth. Julia offers a gentle yoga that anyone can
do regardless of their level of physical fitness—and you don't
have to be able to bend your body like a pretzel. Or you may need to
have a Yoga Therapy Session, receiving meditative hands-on healing
and guided breathing.
What we do is a healing practice that is tailored to you
in particular. As in the ancient days when a practitioner spent time
one-on-one with a teacher, we start from how your body and whole being
are right now, and proceed to deepen and integrate your experiential
knowledge and healing.
The soothing environment of Dhara Yoga Studio is in a
country-like setting only minutes east of downtown San Diego.
